Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Deposits
Most projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) to secure your position in our development sprint. This deposit is non-refundable once the project discovery phase has commenced.
2. Milestone Payments
Projects are billed based on predefined milestones. Once a milestone is completed, approved, and paid for, those funds are non-refundable as they represent completed manual labor and resources.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for all work completed up to that point. Any surplus deposit funds, if applicable, may be refunded at our discretion.
4. Refund Eligibility & 14-Day Guarantee
If you change your mind after project initiation, we offer a 50% money-back guarantee if requested within 14 days of signup. The remaining 50% covers the initial non-recoverable resource and manual labor costs incurred.
5. Service Delivery
We guarantee the delivery of project requirements as specified in the signed proposal. If we fail to meet technical specifications, we will provide necessary revisions until the objective is met.
6. Communication
Regular feedback is essential. Prolonged silence (over 14 days) from the client may result in project suspension and a restart fee to re-allocate resources.
