1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sajlog's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Sajlog provides project-based technical services including web design, app development, and ad management. Specific deliverables are outlined in your custom project agreement.
3. Payments & Ownership
Projects are billed as one-time payments or milestone-based installments. Upon full payment of your project, you take 100% ownership of the developed code.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely. You agree to provide valid payment information. Prices are in USD and do not include taxes unless stated.
5. Ad Budget
Your advertising budget is separate from your subscription fee. Sajlog does not charge any commission on your ad spend. The ad budget goes 100% to the advertising platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website and content we create for you. Sajlog retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sajlog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Early termination may be subject to the remaining balance of the commitment period as outlined in the Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
